l Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
l Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
l Announce visitors as necessary.
l Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls asnecessary.
l Make coffee and set out food.
l Issue parking passes
l Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying,faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
l Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting andcommunicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
l Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
l Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including DHL.
l Sort and distribute mail.
l Collect and distribute parcels.
l Prepare meeting and training rooms.
l Schedule appointments.
