[업무내용]
· Manage and maintain calendar for General Manager and Korea team, and schedule all necessary meetings,
· Arrange domestic/international travel itineraries and coordinate travel and meeting plans
· Provide office administration support and the support for legal entity setup as well as customer profiling project.
· Coordinate, schedule and provide logistical support for local and overseas meetings, teleconferences, videoconferences.
· Prepare program schedules and itineraries, and make dining reservations as required
· Prepare Travel & Entertainment expenses claims
· Prepare, update and maintain documents, memos, PowerPoint presentations, contact lists, directories, files
· Handle photocopying, printing, mail and document distribution, etc.
· Provide administrative support to the team, when required.
· Involved in ad-hoc projects when required

A. About 5 years relevant experience
B. Sense of urgency
C. Proficiency in MS Office
D. Excellent time management
E. Communication Skill (Verbal & Written)
F. good to be from an IT industry supporting a similar executive level,
be able to speak good English
